Insurance - Drawing on our experience with similar projects, and operating as the Owner's Agent, we're able to procure, administer and manager a Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP) rather than depending on each independent contractor to provide their own policies, which results in uneven and sometimes inadequate coverage. We can also help you create your own Controlled Insurance Program (CIP) if you wish to manage it yourself.
