Real estate and development decision-makers will gather in Denver on Friday, Nov. 7, for the Rocky Mountain Commercial Real Estate Expo and Fall Forecast.
The 14th annual expo will be held from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. at the Colorado Convention Center, 700 14th St. It’s sponsored by the University of Denver’s Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management and the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors.
The expo will feature the latest information on submarkets and product types in the metro area, and will offer numerous educational and networking events. Twenty-five speakers will participate in six sessions, with topics such as “Economic Update,” “Setting the Stage of Downtown Denver,” “Colorful Colorado: Painting The Future” and “The Art of Politics.”
During the expo, Sherman Miller, executive managing director and west regional manager of Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado Inc., will be named the 2008 Honorary Dean of Real Estate and Construction Management. Additionally, the winner of the 2008 Project of the Year award will be announced.
